張鷺,助理教授、研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。2016年獲得寧夏大學(xué)化工學(xué)院制藥工程專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2022年1月獲得中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)(中國(guó)科學(xué)院長(zhǎng)春應(yīng)用化學(xué)研究所)博士學(xué)位。作為負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、青年項(xiàng)目C類,吉林省青年成長(zhǎng)科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,中科院特別研究助理擇優(yōu)資助項(xiàng)目。
院校引進(jìn)人才,2024年加入院校,曾于2022-2024在長(zhǎng)春應(yīng)化所任特別研究助理。
長(zhǎng)期從事新型核酸遞送載體開發(fā)與血液細(xì)胞工程化改造及應(yīng)用研究。課題組構(gòu)建了系列工程化酶材料及生物正交催化劑,提出了靶向干預(yù)腫瘤細(xì)胞能量代謝與氧化還原穩(wěn)態(tài)的新策略,為細(xì)胞內(nèi)可控的診療分子合成提供了新工具,開發(fā)了具有抗衰老與促組織修復(fù)功能的血小板改造新技術(shù)。相關(guān)成果在Adv. Mater.、Angew Chem等期刊發(fā)表論文30篇,總他引超2000次(web of science),獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng)。以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表論文9篇,總他引超700次。
