吳志強團隊長期聚焦動物源性新發(fā)病毒的監(jiān)測、預警和跨種機制，在Lancet、National Science Review、Nature Communications、Microbiome、Nucleic Acids Research、ISME Journal、Molecular Biology and Evolution等雜志發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇。獲得國家發(fā)明專利2項，軟件著作權(quán)1項，獲得省部級科技獎勵二等獎2項、三等獎1項。
