高小攀,研究員,現(xiàn)任中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院&北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院助理教授、中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院病原生物學(xué)研究所課題組長。博士/碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。主持承擔(dān)國家科技重大專項(xiàng)課題1項(xiàng),國家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)、北京市自然基金2項(xiàng)、以第一作者和通訊作者在Nature (2024) ,Molecular Cell (2025), Nature Communications (2021, 2022, 2024), Cell Discovery (2024), Cell Reports (2022, 2024), Protein & Cell (2022)等期刊上發(fā)表SCI近30篇。授權(quán)發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng)。兼任中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)獸醫(yī)公共衛(wèi)生分會(huì)第四屆理事會(huì)理事,中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)結(jié)核病學(xué)分會(huì)第十八屆委員會(huì)科技創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)化專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。
長期從事主要從事細(xì)胞保守的抗病毒免疫機(jī)制及其應(yīng)用。圍繞病原入侵和宿主抗病毒免疫的共性機(jī)制及其潛在應(yīng)用,開展了系列研究工作。研究結(jié)果為新型基因編輯,基因檢測以及基于藥物研發(fā)提供思路。
