石楊,研究員、助理教授、博士/碩士導(dǎo)師,美國華盛頓圣路易斯大學(xué)博士、博士后。長期深耕阿爾茲海默癥研究,研究發(fā)表在Nature, Neuron, JEM等期刊,多篇ESI高被引、F1000推薦論文,總引用4700余次。獲得美國 Rainwater 基金會tau研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力獎;美國神經(jīng)化學(xué)學(xué)會Marian Kies獎;華盛頓大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究獎、神經(jīng)系Tom Thach獎等學(xué)術(shù)獎項?;貒螳@得國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項目(海外)項目資助,獲得“北京市優(yōu)秀青年人才”稱號。
長期從事APOE-脂質(zhì)代謝-免疫軸調(diào)控AD發(fā)病機(jī)制與創(chuàng)新療法的研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)AD最大風(fēng)險基因APOE對tau病理生成及tau介導(dǎo)的神經(jīng)退行的直接調(diào)控作用 ;發(fā)現(xiàn)小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞是驅(qū)動tau病理生成及神經(jīng)退行的根本動力;而APOE通過調(diào)節(jié)小膠代謝調(diào)控其激活,進(jìn)而調(diào)控AD疾病進(jìn)展。研究重新定義了AD發(fā)生發(fā)展的機(jī)制及APOE對AD的調(diào)控機(jī)制,推動APOE介導(dǎo)的脂質(zhì)代謝及神經(jīng)免疫成為AD機(jī)制研究與靶向治療的新焦點(diǎn)。
