韓莎莎，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。生物統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)字健康照護(hù)課題組組長。博士畢業(yè)于新加坡國立大學(xué)NUS商學(xué)院數(shù)據(jù)分析與運(yùn)籌學(xué)方向，期間在哈佛大學(xué)和麻省理工大學(xué)交流訪問。作為第一完成人，獲INFORMS健康應(yīng)用協(xié)會(huì)國際競(jìng)賽第一名，Annals期刊年度十佳文章。目前主持江西省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金、中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目等。
     院校引進(jìn)人才，2023年加入院校，曾在北京大學(xué)北京國際數(shù)學(xué)中心、哈佛大學(xué)哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院從事博士后工作。

長期從事數(shù)學(xué)與應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)、醫(yī)學(xué)交叉領(lǐng)域方法學(xué)前沿研究, 致力于借助統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和AI技術(shù)解決醫(yī)療健康照護(hù)中未被滿足的需求。在生物統(tǒng)計(jì)、因果推斷分析、臨床試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、大數(shù)據(jù)分析、人工智能模型研發(fā)與落地等數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)、醫(yī)學(xué)交叉領(lǐng)域方法研究取得了初步成果。 以第一/通訊作者在Annals of internal medicine, BMJ global health, BMJ public health, Global health research and policy, JAMA network open, Nature communication, Statistics in medicine, Statistical methods in medical research, Statistica sinica等醫(yī)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)和綜合性期刊發(fā)表論文多篇，參與編寫書籍《Handbook of Statistical Bioinformatics》。
