長期從事診療生物材料的精準構筑及其在重大疾病中的應用的研究;面向臨床醫(yī)學需求,充分利用多學科交叉的優(yōu)勢,精準構筑性能可控的診療生物材料推動精準診療策略的發(fā)展,圍繞藥物靶向遞送和設計一系列高對比度的納米探針和多功能診療分子用于多種重大疾病的診斷、手術導航以及成像引導的聯(lián)合治療等開展了多項工作。以通訊或第一作者在高影響力期刊發(fā)表SCI論文30多篇,其中影響因子大于10論文20多篇,包括Nat. Commun.(3篇),Sci. Adv.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.(2篇),Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(3篇),Adv. Mater.(2篇),ACS Nano,Adv. Funct. Mater.(4篇),Chem. Soc. Rev.等國際權威期刊。授權或申請中國和美國專利10多項。
