單強(qiáng),1983年生,系統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)研究院研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。2002年考入河南師范大學(xué)生物技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè),2006年獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。2006-2013年在中科院北京基因組研究所生化與分子生物學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩博連讀。
      院校引進(jìn)人才,2022年加入院校。曾于2013-2022年先后在美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)布列根和婦女醫(yī)院、愛(ài)荷華大學(xué)微生物和免疫學(xué)系、哈肯薩克子午線(xiàn)醫(yī)學(xué)院發(fā)現(xiàn)與創(chuàng)新中心以博士后、助理研究員身份進(jìn)行科研工作。主要研究CD8+ T細(xì)胞不同譜系的建立、維持機(jī)制。2022年加入系統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)研究院,任職研究員。
解析Tcf1、Runx3和Tle3等記憶CD8+T細(xì)胞亞群命運(yùn)決定關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的新功能和作用機(jī)制,為優(yōu)化疫苗設(shè)計(jì)和免疫治療提供新的干預(yù)靶點(diǎn),具有潛在臨床轉(zhuǎn)化價(jià)值。主要研究成果以第一或通訊作者身份發(fā)表在Nature Immunology (2017、2022a、2022b和2024) 、Nature Communications (2021) 、Cellular & Molecular Immunology (2021) 等專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊。相關(guān)研究成果被Faculty of 1000 推薦,并被Nature Reviews Immunology、Immunological Reviews、Trends in Immunology等高水平綜述雜志引用。目前主持國(guó)家級(jí)青年海外高層次人才項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和醫(yī)科院創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)課題。
