王林,研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。于2011年獲得德州學(xué)院生物技術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2017年獲得中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)生物信息學(xué)博士學(xué)位。曾獲美國神經(jīng)腫瘤學(xué)會-基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究獎(Adult Basic Science Research Award),獲得國家級青年人才項目及江蘇省杰出青年基金項目資助。
     院校引進(jìn)人才,2024年加入系統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)研究院。曾于2017年在美國加州大學(xué)舊金山分校進(jìn)行博士后研究工作,主要研究方向為腫瘤多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)整合與腫瘤藥物靶向治療。
長期致力于通過整合腫瘤多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)、深度學(xué)習(xí)算法以及高通量藥物篩選方法來探究腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展以及腫瘤異質(zhì)性,腫瘤細(xì)胞演變關(guān)系,腫瘤細(xì)胞與免疫系細(xì)胞相互作用,挖掘新的腫瘤免疫治療靶點。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在Nature Cancer、Cancer Discovery、Genome Biology和Bioinformatics等期刊,目前主持或參與多個國家級科研項目,主要研究成果2篇研究論文入選ESI高被引論文,多次獲得國際同行專家的專門撰評和國際著名腫瘤期刊的亮點推薦。
