長期從事血液系統(tǒng)疾病細胞和基因治療研究。課題組長期致力于血液系統(tǒng)疾病細胞和基因治療,開發(fā)了一系列可用于人類原代細胞基因編輯和功能篩選的新方法,在造血干細胞基因治療和NK細胞治療方向取得了多項原創(chuàng)性科研成果。近五年來,在Cell Stem Cell(2021)、Cell Genomics(2024)、Nat Commun(2022,2025)、J Clin Invest(2022)、Cell Rep(2024)、Am J Hum Genet(2021)、Genome Med(2021)、Nucleic Acids Res(2024)等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,被Nature、Cell和NEJM等期刊引用2500余次。培養(yǎng)博士、碩士、博士后10余名。
