長(zhǎng)期從事藥用天然產(chǎn)物合成生物學(xué)研究,包括解析天然藥用分子生物合成機(jī)制,創(chuàng)建藥用分子生物合成細(xì)胞工廠;聯(lián)合酶-化學(xué)法的天然產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,用于新藥發(fā)現(xiàn)。先后解析了紫杉醇、巖白菜素等稀缺萜類及糖苷類藥用分子生源途徑,創(chuàng)建了細(xì)胞工廠。主持國(guó)自然優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金、國(guó)自然原創(chuàng)探索及國(guó)自然面上等國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目;發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,包括Angew Chem Int Ed、Nat Commun等國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊;申請(qǐng)專利20余項(xiàng)。
