郭正彥,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。曾入選中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新促進會第七批會員。 院校引進人才,2021年加入院校。曾在中國科學(xué)院微生物研究所任副研究員,研究方向微生物與生物藥學(xué)。
長期從事微生物藥源分子的高效發(fā)現(xiàn)、生物合成及合成生物學(xué)研究。目前已經(jīng)完成了鏈絲菌素、春雷霉素、庚糖殺菌素、白黃菌素、喹噠霉素等多種微生物天然產(chǎn)物(藥物)的生物合成研究,拓展藥物分子的來源,為新藥物的可持續(xù)創(chuàng)制的提供保障。主持和承擔10余項國家和省部級科研課題,在Nat. Biotech.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.,Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA,Acta Pharm. Sin B.等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文40多篇,申請專利12項。現(xiàn)為中國醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)協(xié)會酶工程與發(fā)酵工程專委會委員, 中國微生物學(xué)會微生物藥物與天然產(chǎn)物專委員委員。
