李江,研究員,博士/碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。2012年獲得南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)中藥資源與開發(fā)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2015年獲得中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)作物遺傳育種專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;2018年獲得北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院生藥學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。      院校引進(jìn)人才,2023年加入院校,主要從事藥用植物品質(zhì)形成的表觀遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制研究。曾在北京林業(yè)大學(xué)生物科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后研究工作。
長(zhǎng)期從事藥用植物品質(zhì)形成的表觀遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制研究。解析了油松基因組進(jìn)化的表觀遺傳基礎(chǔ);揭示了DNA甲基化作為表觀遺傳時(shí)鐘調(diào)控油松年齡效應(yīng)的分子機(jī)制;闡明了丹參酮生物合成的DNA甲基化調(diào)控機(jī)制;研究為相關(guān)藥材生長(zhǎng)年限檢測(cè)和品質(zhì)調(diào)控提供了明確的DNA甲基化修飾位點(diǎn)。以第一或通訊作者(含共同)發(fā)表研究論文8篇,其中Cell和Nature Communications的論文分別入選ESI高被引論文和編輯亮點(diǎn)論文推薦。
